Material published or delivered through Barone Media Group is general research, communications, and decision-support. It is not legal, investment, securities, appraisal, tax, accounting, engineering, architecture, land-use planning, real-estate brokerage, lobbying, election, or other licensed professional advice and must not be relied on as such. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where required.

Unless a written agreement expressly identifies a qualified third-party professional, Barone Media Group does not provide licensed architecture, engineering, planning, brokerage, appraisal, legal, tax, accounting, or investment-advisory services.

Submitting the contact form does not create an engagement, fiduciary duty, attorney-client relationship, or duty of confidentiality. A private engagement begins only under a separately agreed written scope.

Public records and conditions change. Material is limited by its identified sources, evidence status, assumptions, and as-of date. It may be incomplete or later superseded. Barone Media Group corrects material errors through its documented corrections process; no representation is made that every item remains current after its stated review date.

Original material is owned by Bruce Barone Jr., another identified rights holder, or used with permission. Official public records and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

You may link to public pages and quote limited portions with clear attribution where the law permits. Do not republish a substantial work, remove attribution, imply endorsement, or present Barone Media Group material as your own without permission. Barone Media Group names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation or approval.

Inter and the source typefaces used in preserved brand artwork are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Copyright notices and complete license text are available in the site's font notices.

Those two public destinations maintain their own published record, methods, content, and terms. A link is not a warranty of every statement, product, policy, or security practice on a destination; each destination controls its own current content and terms.

A private engagement is governed by its written scope and any agreed confidentiality or commercial terms, together with the Engagement Standards and Conflicts & Independence policy where applicable. If these website terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls that engagement. Each written scope identifies the contracting party for that engagement.
