Barone Media Group collects only what it needs to respond to an inquiry and run an engagement. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Inquiry and engagement information.
When you contact the group, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email, organization, and the substance of your inquiry. During an engagement we hold the materials and questions you share with us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not compile personal profiles across unrelated sources for marketing.
How we use it
To respond, scope, and deliver.
Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver an engagement, and keep records of what was requested and delivered. Client materials are held in confidence under our Engagement Standards.
Public records
Public-record research is not personal tracking.
Our public-record intelligence work draws on official government records that are already public. That research is about public assets, institutions, and processes — it is not covert tracking of private individuals, and it reports the record without asserting motive.
